About Me

My name is Lubertha Humphries, founder of Cradle Logic - a Tasmanian-based advice business.

Known for my optimistic, creative, and open-minded approach to problem-solving, I love helping people and find ways to make work-life more streamlined.

Throughout my career I've worked across a wide range of fields and industries, and in every single role I've seen the same recurring gap: the difference between how people want to use technology and the solutions that are offered. Sometimes that gap exists because of budget or time constraints; other times it's simply a matter of experience.

I've set myself the goal of helping close that gap.

As of this year, I'm studying at UTAS towards a Bachelor of ICT, to help me develop even more accurate, realistic and obtimised technical solutions.

Working alongside owner-operators, sole traders, and office managers, my focus is on making technology feel accessible, useful, and trustworthy.
